In recent years, the explosive growth of the number of vehicles causes heavy traffic pressure, people’s attation are gradually focused on road safety. With the development of electronic information technology and mobile Internet technology, finding a more advanced vehicle safety management method has become a key problem. It is also a new manifestation about technology of Internet of vehicles.This paper presents an implemention on vehicle information system manag ement sevrer software based on Inetnet of vehicles. The core idea of the syste m is to combine the management with the safety on all types of vehicles, and realizes centralized control by Internet. Aimed at the short of existing manage ment system, this paper gives appropriate solutions and enhancing methods bas ed on the current Internet technology. This paper makes a detailed introduction to the overall program of the system, component selection, architecture design, software design and system testing.The core part of system consists of data server and web application. The former connected with vehicle terminal by network to complete data exchange and messaging;The later is online monitoring and controlling platform, which is also used to compute. The design utilizes message system, cache, server pushin g to provide real-time and efficient service, utilizes load balancing, reverse pro xy, standby switch, cluster technology to achieve high availability, high-perform ance software architecture.In order to achieve safe driving, by means of the OBD system and image recognition technology, the system monitors abnormal data from vehicle termin al, such as vehicle breakdowns, passenger abnormal behavior, alarm informatio n, etc. If there are problems, the system will process feedback and reduce the risk of accidents.
