With the continuous development of the global economy,the automotive industry is also developing in the direction of electrification,intelligence,network connection,and sharing.New energy electric vehicles have developed rapidly in recent years,setting off a new wave in the world.In China,the state has also given strong support to new energy vehicles,and domestic auto manufacturers have begun to vigorously develop new energy vehicles.Although the number of new energy vehicles continues to increase,the failure rate of new energy vehicles has always been high,and spontaneous combustion accidents of new energy electric vehicles have occurred from time to time,so it is particularly important to establish a new energy vehicle fault management system.The new energy vehicle fault management system in this article can help vehicle managers to manage the fault alarm of new energy vehicles,and can monitor the running status of vehicles in real time,including the vehicle's position,speed,battery temperature,etc.This is of great significance for the development of new energy vehicles.This article is based on big data technology to design a new energy vehicle fault management system.First,the big data software used in the system is introduced,and the system functional demand analysis,non-functional demand analysis,system role analysis,and data demand analysis are given for the new energy vehicle fault management system.Then it studies the data processing mechanism of new energy vehicle data and gives the overall design of the system,including data processing architecture design,process design,function structure design,database design,etc.Based on the overall design,the detailed design and implementation of each module of the system are given,and the algorithm flowchart of real-time fault alarm for new energy vehicles is given,such as SOC low alarm,no CAN alarm,long-term offline alarm,electronic fence alarm,abnormal positioning alarm,vehicle failure alarm,etc.Finally,each functional module in the system is tested,test methods and test tools are introduced,and test cases for functional tests are given.Finally,by repairing the problems exposed in the testing process one by one,the various functions in the requirements are realized,so that the system meets the system requirements.
