| With the rapid development of road transport industry, it is also facing serious security situation and energy saving and emission reduction pressure. How to use modern information science and technology to ensure the transportation safety of road transport industry and improve the level of energy conservation and emission reduction has become an important part. Driver is the basis and source of traffic safety management, road transport enterprises should strengthen safety supervision to prevent the occurrence of driver’s bad driving behavior. Driver’s bad driving habits will increase the fuel consumption of vehicles, waste of energy and pollute the environment. To enhance the driver safety, energy saving driving level and reduce the supervision cost of transportation enterprises, in this paper, we study and develop a set of driver’s driving behavior safety and energy-saving evaluation method based on enterprise safety production management data including satellite positioning data.In the paper, the main pathogenic of traffic accident statistics from 2013 to 2014 is analyzed, and we detailed study serious traffic accident case of death more than 10 people. Then extract the speed stability, speeding driving, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, coasting with engine off, fatigue driving and safety driving mileage seven driving behavior safety evaluation index; combined with energy saving and emission reduction in road transport industry laws and regulations, by analyzing the fuel consumption of vehicle’s bad driving behavior, extract speed stability, speeding driving, rapid acceleration, rapid deceleration, idle preheating, long idle speed and fuel consumption per 100 kilometers seven driving behavior evaluation index of energy conservation. Based on some safety production management data including vehicle satellite positioning data and accident record, energy consumption and so on, using data mining technology to establish the identification algorithm and theoretical model of driving behavior evaluation index. By studying the relevant laws and regulations of the road transport industry, the evaluation criteria and basic model of the driver’s driving behavior of road transport enterprises are established. Statistics of the vehicle scoring results of the individual indicators, using analytic hierarchy process (AHP) calculated the corresponding weight of each single index and using the weighted average method, can get driver’s driving behavior safety evaluation results, energy-saving evaluation results and integrated evaluation results of price. We complete the assessment and recording of the driver’s driving ability.Based on the research of driving safety and energy saving evaluation method, a set of safety and energy saving evaluation system for driver’s driving behavior is developed. Then, the paper introduce the main technology, design framework and main function parts. Through this system, the driver’s behavior is evaluated, and the comprehensive research results provide an effective way for the road transport enterprises to evaluate the driver’s driving behavior. |
