With the increasing maturity of modern industrial technology,the production and manufacturing process of products has become very mature.How companies can stand out in the fierce market competition environment must be improved in other links.Among them,shortening the production cycle and saving production costs are an extremely important part of its key factors.In particular,traditional small and medium-sized discrete manufacturing companies use data mining analysis and improvement of production process control technology to reduce their production management costs.At the same time,it also enables companies to respond to rapid changes in market demand.This article is based on the ERP(Enterprise Resource Planning)platform to establish a product production data management system according to the product structure.The system covers the entire process from customer orders to product delivery,including: data retrieval,inventory and in-process data analysis,complete data analysis,logistics status analysis,warehouse management and workshop production management.The system realizes the entire life of the enterprise product production process cycle management.This system is based on product structure for demand analysis and module function design.According to the product structure,using the B/S(Browser/Server,browser/server model)architecture,based on the ERP system database,ASP.net as the development tool,using Java and C# as the development language,ERP customization technology,the code scanner and SQL Server relational database realize all the functions of the system.The use of B/S mode makes the system layout,implementation,maintenance and upgrade more concise.Web development based on product structure can greatly shorten the algorithm modeling process.And,optimize the performance of the algorithm to improve the response speed of the web page.Customized and dynamic Web(Word Wide Web,World Wide Web)web page development technology realizes rapid customization of business functions and data association between pages,which meets the relevant needs of the enterprise for the system.First,for the current ERP system,big data analysis is used to conduct in-depth mining and analysis of database-related information.Discover hidden valuable information or knowledge from the large amount of data accumulated by the enterprise.Based on the relevant information mined,develop relevant mathematical models,including: inventory in-process analysis model,complete set of forecast analysis model,logistics analysis model,etc.Then the data was reorganized according to the model to realize the visualization of the data at each stage of the product production process and the future prediction of related product information.Secondly,according to the product structure and the product processing process flow of related parts,develop related workshop processing material state control models.Using twodimensional code related technologies,through effective integration with external equipment such as code scanning guns and display screens,precise control of materials is achieved.According to the back-end database data,the relevant data is mined and analyzed to realize additional functions such as transparency of processing data and rapid calculation of working hours.In addition,the lightweight drawing preview model is developed based on.NET platform.It can simultaneously open NX.prt,Soli Works.sldprt,.sldasm and SLDDRW drawings,CREO.prt and.asm drawings,CATIA Catpart and Cat Product drawings,Auto CAD.dxf and.dwg drawings,and general drawing types.step,.stl,.iges and.jt drawings.By drawing preview model,drawing can be viewed quickly without drawing type conversion,which effectively improves work efficiency.Finally,in the system design and development process,this paper adopts the relevant modular development ideas.Full consideration is given to the performance of the algorithm,the friendliness of the user interface,the annotation of the background code and the transparency of the data,which greatly reduces the development cycle of the system and the difficulty of the enterprise proficiently using the system.The information in the ERP database can be analyzed and processed to the maximum,and the management and control of each stage of the product can be executed efficiently.This thesis builds an efficient,high-value,innovative,and full-process product data management system on the basis of ERP.Its successful implementation is of great significance to the improvement of enterprise product data management capabilities and the reduction of related costs.
