Research On Integrated Kitchen And Bathroom Design Based On Housing Industrialization

In the current situation of China’s economic development,the construction industry is one of the important pillar industries of China’s national economic development,but in the current environment,it is also facing the problems of resource waste and extensive development.Based on this background,the state vigorously promotes the industrialization of housing and the application and development of prefabricated buildings.As the carrier of housing industrialization,prefabricated building has increasingly become the focus of the current construction industry.However,in recent years,the research on prefabricated buildings in China mainly focuses on the prefabricated structural system,while the research on the prefabricated interior kitchen and bathroom parts that affect the daily living environment of residents is relatively less.With the gradual improvement of people’s living conditions,more and more people begin to pay attention to their living environment,and the previously neglected kitchen and bathroom space also comes into people’s sight.Because of its systematic design,simple construction and installation,the fabricated integrated kitchen and bathroom technology has been applied on a large scale in line with the social development and people’s needs,but the theoretical research on modularization and humanization is not in-depth.Based on this,this paper will study the prefabricated integrated kitchen and bathroom through the discussion of the following problems: combined with the actual situation of the current residential development in China,investigate and analyze the problems encountered by the residents who use the traditional kitchen and bathroom in their daily use at the present stage and the solutions in the future design;The modular design method is used for systematic and standardized design of the whole kitchen and bathroom,which can meet the requirements of prefabricated industrial production and consider people’s daily use habits and comfort;On the basis of the theoretical research of the overall kitchen and bathroom design,combined with the specific engineering practice,this paper explores the application of the overall kitchen and bathroom design theory in the actual project.Through the scientific research and design practice of the above problems,combined with the current environment of China’s construction industry,the following conclusions are drawn: 1,The assembled integrated kitchen and bathroom technology is in line with the social development trend and people’s needs for high-quality life;2.Modular design is used to analyze the dimensions of the sub modules of kitchen and bathroom components,and combined with the analysis of residents’ living habits,which can meet the prefabricated production of kitchen and bathroom components factory and the quality of life needs of residents at the same time;3.The humanized design is adopted to explore the basic module of kitchen and bathroom parts that meet the human scale and psychological needs.The overall kitchen and bathroom can meet the needs of a variety of groups through the system design.The purpose of this study is to provide theoretical support and design reference for the development and application of the overall kitchen and bathroom technology based on the housing industrialization.I believe that with the progress of science and technology and the improvement of professional theory,the overall kitchen and bathroom will have greater development in the future.
