In the stable operation of power system, the power transformer has a very important role, it can be referred to as one of the most critical and most expensive electrical equipment in the system, and is also one of the most frequently occurred accidents.The composition and content of dissolved gases in transformer oil can effectively reflect the internal fault of transformer, However, due to the complexity of the traditional chromatography analysis method, the error caused by human factors is large,This paper through the analysis and Research on the domestic and foreign status of dissolved gases in transformer oil online detection system.The principle and implementation of an on-line monitoring system using dissolved gas in transformer oil as characteristic quantity is proposed,combined with the practical application of Fushun agriculture 220kV,220kV two in the main transformer substation,two methods of on-line monitoring of dissolved gases in transformer oil are compared with traditional chromatography analysis method。The main research contents are as follows:1.The transformer oil dissolved gas on-line monitoring system and fault diagnosis technology development present situation, research meaning and transformer in operation process characterization of internal faults and the corresponding oil dissolved gas were studied. The content of dissolved gases in transformer oil can effectively reflect the internal fault of transformer in the process of operation;2.The cause of gas in transformer oil and the gas composition and concentration in the transformer oil under normal operation condition are analyzed; In the stable operation of the transformer fault and its corresponding characteristics of the gas component concentration analysis and put forward the corresponding relationship, put forward the method of dissolved gas online detection method of choice.3.The principle and application principle of the three ratio method to judge the internal fault of transformer are analyzed; Describes the workers and peasants 220kV Transformer Substation in Fushun No.2 main transformer oil chromatogram spectrum the working principle of the on-line monitoring system and combining with the fault examples are analyzed and further explained the advantages of on-line monitoring of transformer potential fault detection.4.Through analysis of the specific application of the on-line monitoring system for dissolved gas in transformer oil of No.2 main transformer in Fushun Liulin 220kV substation and off-line detection results found:The on-line detection system of dissolved gas in transformer oil is stable, reliable, and has the ability of on-line monitoring, and can effectively find latent fault, which can be used as the basis of transformer condition based maintenance.
