The key equipment in the power system is the transformer,which can not only reduce the high voltage to the use of voltage at all levels,but also transfer the low voltage to the high voltage power supply area,in order to meet the demand of the users at all levels.It plays an important role in power transmission.Therefore,the safe operation of the transformer will lead to the safe operation of the power grid.In order to master the running condition of the transformer in real time and find the potential fault of the transformer as soon as possible to improve the reliability of the power grid,the transformer maintenance mode has changed from regular maintenance to state maintenance.With the development of power grid technology,the transformer oil chromatogram analysis technology has developed rapidly,and the regular off-line chromatography analysis is made.Gradually changing to the current on-line monitoring technology of chromatography.The application of dissolved gas on-line monitoring system in transformer oil at Xingtai electric power company is analyzed in detail.(1)the formation mechanism of dissolved gas in transformer oil,the component and content of the characteristic gas in the dissolved gas in the transformer oil,the one-to-one correspondence between the gas relative,absolute gas production rate and transformer fault type,and the principle of transformer fault diagnosis based on DGA technology are introduced,and the transformer fault diagnosis is introduced.Methods and in-depth analysis of the most widely used modified three ratio method.Finally,the limitations of DGA technology are summarized and improved.(2)the advantages,classification,system performance and technical indexes of the on-line monitoring system for oil chromatography are analyzed.The structure,working principle,communication mode,software function and application of the on-line monitoring device system for transformer oil chromatograph are introduced with the example of the most installed MGA2000-6H equipment in Ningbo in Xingtai.The installation and debugging of the line monitoring system.(3)summarize the distribution statistics of the on-line monitoring system of dissolved gas in transformer oil of Xingtai power supply company of Hebei Province,and the daily maintenance and alarm processing,and compare the off-line data of the laboratory with the on-line monitoring data to verify the correctness and effectiveness of the on-line monitoring system for the transformer oil color spectrum,and summarize the Xingtai power supply company.Ningbo science and technology,Shanghai Siyuan two manufacturers of on-line monitoring system in the actual operation of the frequent problems and propose corrective measures.Several cases found in the on-line monitoring device in Xingtai are analyzed,and the correctness of the on-line monitoring system of the transformer oil color spectrum and the timeliness of the fault detection are fully demonstrated.
