The automobile electronics system ,as one of the most important parts of auto,are playing more and more significant effect on promoting the value of auto.People pay more attention on the reliability of the automobile electronics system when consumption improved.In order to assess the reliability of automobile electronics, the vibration reliability test need to been done.The fixture which is used to clamp and fix the elements of the electronics system is one of the most important components of the test,so the dynamic performance of the fixture has great influence on the vibration test.Based on the commonly theory and requirement of vibration reliability test and fixture design,according to the figure and setting localization of the electronics, the three-dimensional model of fixture was constituted.In this paper,a suit of fixtures for reliability vibration test by FEM and experiment model analysis.The modal frequency and vibration modal were calculated using FEM. By the result of analyzation, the structure of fixture was mended to up to the test requirement. The dynamic performance of fixtures were test by experiment model analysis after produced.The testing result was closed to the result of FEM,so the fixture designing was successful.In this paper,a new method of vibration test fixture design was explored.we could mend the fixture in the designing process by this method,that was different from other common means,which did that only after the fixture was produced.The dynamic performance of the fixture can be assured by experiment.So,we could save designing time,and the efficiency was enhanced greatly.This new pattern can be abroadly applied to structure dynamic design.
