In recent years,with the continuous development and progress of society, the increment of Chinese energy consumption cannot be ignored, especially, in which the proportion of the building energy consumption as one of the three major energy consumption is increasingly high. With the improvement of people’s demand for living environment, various electrical equipments have been applied in the building and many of them are irrationally used, resulting in enormous waste of energy. Therefore, the problem of building energy consumption about how to find a balance between energy saving and residents’ living standard has aroused people’s attention. At the same time, with the rapid development of smart home, how to provide more reasonable control data for the smart home also becomes one of the key research parts in this thesis.In order to achieve building energy saving and smart home, based on the information fusion technology, this thesis proposes a solution of building energy consumption which can provide a more effective control in the smart home system, achieve the purpose of energy saving and create a comfortable living environment. The main research contents are as follows:1. In view of the characteristics of building energy consumption, the building energy consumption monitoring model based on the information fusion is established. In the traditional intelligent building system, the front-end data are independent,which can not accurately reflect the actual environment of monitoring point, greatly resulting in energy loss. Thus in this thesis, we use the method of information fusion to fuse the multiple environmental information of the building, such as temperature, humidity and brightness, so as to obtain accurate indoor environmental state data. In the information fusion, a new fusion algorithm named DSFT is put forward, which can improve the accuracy of data. Based on the separate fusion of indoor environmental information, the two times fusion using the method of global convergence is carried out. Then using the comfort degree as the control target and combining with the expert system theory, the optimal control data can be obtained. The simulation results basically verify the effectiveness of the DSFT fusion algorithm, which can lay the foundation for the accurate control of energy consumption equipment.2. A complete system of indoor energy consumption monitoring is designed and implemented. As important parameters to measure the indoor comfort, the temperature and brightness should be taken into consideration for people to live and work. In this thesis, selecting temperature, brightness, humidity and other environmental factors as the research objects, a model of comfort degree is developed for a design of building energy monitoring system based on information fusion. Through controling air conditioners, lights and other equipments accurately, the system can both meet the people’s comfort requirements and achieve the premise of building energy consumption control. Using the ZigBee wireless communication technology,the infrared learning module and the indoor environmental data acquisition devices, the system can collect the indoor environmental factors such as indoor temperature, brightness, humidity etc. and uniformly upload these data to the upper computer. After that, the computer analyzes the data and carries out the information fusion so as to send suitable control commands to better control the equipments. In the whole process, the computer program can automatically collect the data of the indoor environment, then carry out the analysis and processing, and finally control the equipments according to the results. The whole process does not need artificial intervention and can both meet the people’s comfort requirements and the effect of energy saving.
