Urban rail transit train driver is an important component of the urban rail traffic, and a key factor of safe operation. The reliability of driving operation plays an important role in ensuring rail traffic safety. Combining with physical-psychological monitoring of driver, the paper carries on an intensive research on the influence factors of urban rail transit train driving operation. It focuses on identifying and analyzing the key factors that affecting train operation, and then provides foundation for scientific management of subway train drivers. The main works are as follows:First of all, it concludes the driving operation of urban rail transit train, and gets the train driving operation under different scenarios. At the same time it has also carried on the classification about the train driving operation. According to the different types of driving operation, it finds out the main influencing factors. Then questionnaire survey that about driving influencing factors was conducted in Shanghai subway train drivers. By the analysis of the survey results, it gets the framework of driving performance influence factors.Secondly, the influence factors which contained in driving operation affecting framework were analyzed qualitatively, getting the influence mechanism of the driving performance influence factors. Analytic hierarchy process(AHP) were combined to quantitative analysis for the driving operation, getting evaluation model of driving performance influencing factors. It finds the driver’s physiological psychological state especially the driving fatigue is the main driving operation influence factor.At last, it designs simulation train driving experiment at the same time collecting physiological and psychological and driving operation parameters data. It gets the results that the driver’s physiological and psychological operation parameters will produce significant change under continuous driving of 45 to 50 minutes which means the appearance of fatigue driving. At the same time, it proveds the effectiveness and sensibility of the physiological and psychological indexes in driver fatigue monitoring.
