In the process of automobile design and development,various vehicle motion parameter tests are an indispensable link.In order to better realize the research of vehicle braking performance,it is necessary to design a set of vehicle road data testing system based on the synchronous collection of GPS speed sensor and wheel six-component force sensor.In view of the current research status of automotive testing,this paper designs and develops a synchronous collection and analysis system of automobile road data based on virtual instrument technology LabVIEW.The specific work is as follows:By consulting and sorting this task about the wheel force sensor and the wheel force sensor with other type of sensor integration testing of references and related information,and introduces the research status of the domestic and international automotive wheel force sensors and their application in the road test Then,the theory of automobile brake,the method and principle of wheel force sensor and GPS sensor test,and the format of data acquisition are studied in depth,and the synchronization research strategy of this system is designed.The research content of this system includes two parts: hardware construction and software design.The selection of system hardware mainly includes: wheel force sensor for testing wheel force and moment of automobile,GPS vehicle speed sensor for testing vehicle speed and displacement,collection box for signal conditioning and data collection used by each sensor,one laptop and related equipment for providing power such as battery,inverter,and wiring board.The software part uses LabVIEW as the development platform to complete the system program.The program content design includes the front panel and the block diagram.The front panel includes user information management,serial interface configuration,data acquisition and path storage,motion parameter dynamic analysis and history.The design of the block diagram mainly realizes the system user and administrator password registration,signal acquisition function,signal analysis processing function and data file storage function,etc.,and realizes synchronous acquisition and testing through carrying out A/D value conversion for integrated collected sensor signals,data filtering and other related operations.Finally,the system performs road test verification after the combination of hardware and software debugging.Road real vehicle test verification.The asphalt pavement of the standard test site in the university was selected for the real vehicle test,and the test proved that the system could well realize the functions of braking data acquisition,storage and data analysis.The system can dynamically and synchronously analyze and display the vehicle speed/acceleration,vertical load,rolling moment,adhesion coefficient and other motion parameters,to achieve the fundamental purpose of this subject development system.At the same time,the extensibility and upgrading of the system have certain practical application value for other aspects,including active suspension control,steering input response analysis,force analysis of the whole vehicle or parts,vibration analysis,fatigue life analysis and pavement identification.
