The financial crisis in 2008, global economic development is constrained and slowed, In order to ensure the safety of China’s real economy excessive and steady growth, the state council put forward to develop the high speed railway infrastructure construction such as medium and long-term planning, and the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway extensional line received widespread concern and attention.Taking the Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway extensional line as the research object, analyzes its construction geological environment and characteristics, it is concluded that the difference between itself and other construction projects, puts forward the soft soil layer of large diameter slurry shield construction risk management research topic. First of all, the research background, significance, and expounds the risk management research status at home and abroad, and on this basis, put forward in this paper, the research contents, methods and technical route. Secondly, carding theory knowledge related to the construction risk management, risk management theory basis for the subsequent construction. Then, with soft soil layer of large diameter slurry shield project for construction risk the research object, uses the initial risk listing method, expert questionnaire and field investigation on its construction risk identification, and on this basis, the fuzzy network analysis method to evaluate the construction risk. The Beijing-Tianjin inter-city railway extensional line under soft soil layer of large diameter slurry shield construction have low construction risk depends on well construction risk control. Therefore, this paper finally based on soft soil layer construction safety risk and technical risk through effective control measures to avoid effectively, in view of the quality risk is the process control, from process design to construction, and finally to the maintenance form overall quality risk effective control measures, and in view of the economy, organization and coordination, risk and risk management is through the establishment of construction risk control system, to perfect the construction of risk control system, formulate emergency rescue plans for the construction of risk control measures and control effectively circumvent them.Finally, on the paper work and future research directions are summarized.
