| With the development of Chinese architecture, education on architecture is developing and the construction of the teaching sites of the architecture especially attracts more attention. By comparing and studying the construction of architectural teaching sites, the paper starts from the objective law of teaching on architecture,analyzes the composition of the teaching sites and finds that some problems still exist about the demand of the users and the construction of the space under the construction of the teaching sites.Through studying the cases in China and abroad, the paper finds that majority of the architecture academies can seize the specificity of the construction disciplines and design the teaching sites from the objective law of teaching. But they don’t take into consideration of the construction elements which are more relativeto the teaching sites. The construction of the teaching sites should fully embody the sense of design and inspire the users’ creativity, instead that considering the design of teaching space asthat of traditional spaces. The paper mainly studies the construction methods of the teaching sites in Chinese mainland, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Japan and sorts out the construction principles and practical optimizing strategy and development direction of the teaching sites on architecture by referring to documents and investigating the cases.The paper states in six sections. Chapter One is the overview of the background of the selected topic and introduces the meaning of the paper, the current situation in China and abroad, the research contents and methodology. Chapter Two explores the elements of the teaching sites on architecture and its demands and problems based on the teaching law of architecture. Chapter Three is about the behavior characteristics of users in the teaching spaces and analyzes the relation between behavior and space according to the behavioral architecture theory, environmental behavior psychology theory and Genius Loci theory. Chapter Four studies the space characteristics of the teaching sites on architecture in China and abroad. Construction elements were founded by analyzing the teaching spaces in seven schools selected. Chapter Five finds the optimization design methods of the construction of the architecture teaching spaces and provides the construction principles and strategies. Chapter Six finds out the practical construction methods by analyzing the architecture cases in China and abroad and referring to documents and analyzes case of the reconstruction of the teaching building ofSchool of Architecture in Southwest Jiaotong University. |
