19th CPC National Congress' s report points out that it is necessary to speed up the construction of first-class universities and disciplines,and achieve the development of higher education with the core of improving quality and optimizing the structure.Since the reform and opening up,China's higher education has experienced a period of rapid development.Up to now,the size and number of universities have reached a relatively high level.In the development of these years,there have been a series of problems of one kind or another.The author is concerned that the existing teaching building space has not been rid of the closed,hierarchical space model.How to become a kind of equal,uniform and transparent space,how to create a space form of close combination of study and life,and then guide the continuous innovation of education,finally promote our higher education to the world first-class level.In this paper,the author first analyzes the way of connotation development and the present development situation of teaching buildings in colleges and universities in China,and then expounds the relationship between the development of connotation type and the space design of teaching buildings in colleges and universities at the level of teaching and scientific research and architecture.The third chapter carries on the field investigation to the domestic four teaching building cases,summarizes a series of existing problems and the design characteristics that can be used for reference,and according to the spatial syntax theory,analyzes the spatial line of sight integration degree of the investigation cases.This paper analyzes and summarizes the internal relations between the degree of line of sight integration and the space layout,and provides a reference for solving a series of problems in the teaching building space.The fourth chapter makes a questionnaire survey on college students' demand for teaching building space,summarizes the demand of contemporary college students for functional space of teaching building,and analyzes six teaching buildings designed under advanced teaching concepts at home and abroad.Then the conclusion of demand questionnaire,field investigation and case analysis are analyzed.The fifth chapter puts forward the architectural space design principles of the connotative development of colleges and universities in China based on the conclusion of the analysis,and attempts to transform the theory into practical results by means of a case study.The sixth chapter summarizes the full text,and puts forward the deficiency of this study and the direction of further research.
