With the gradual development and improvement of project bidding system, the construction project bidding has become the mainstream of the construction field transactions, the choice of the contractor relations to the success or failure of project construction. Bidding and tender evaluation as the most critical two aspects of construction project bidding, they are directly related to the tender whether can choose the best contractor. The efficiency of traditional bidding method is low and the quality of the tender is hard to guarantee, and it needs further improvement. Select the evaluation methods for the evaluation of the results of great impact, most of the existing evaluation method is not scientific and fair, this is the root cause of the problem in bid evaluation. This paper analyzes the current problems existing in the field of bidding in our country, and put forward the idea of the big data field of bidding, with big data technology to improve our country the problems existing in the construction project bidding in the bidding and bid evaluation.Big data technologies as an important technology in the information age, with a very powerful analysis and the ability to handle massive amounts of data, it will be helpful to the introduction of the bidding area. Therefore, in view of the problems of China’s construction project bidding in the bidding enterprises varies greatly and the bidding result is not ideal, this paper proposes to establish the enterprise library which is based on big data. On the basis, the paper puts forward the method of open tendering and optimization method of bidding based on the enterprise library, and gives out the specific operation steps to optimize the current bidding method. In addition, the evaluation index system of construction project based on big data is established, and the main factors that affect the evaluation of the 32 items are summarized systematically. And on the basis of previous studies, the data envelopment analysis (DEA) is proposed to be combined with fuzzy theory. Integrated their respective advantages, establishment the DEA-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method for evaluation, in order to solve the current evaluation method is not scientific, too much subjective factors and so on. Finally, this paper also through examples demonstrates the feasibility of DEA-fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method of evaluation. It provides a more reliable evaluation method for the evaluation of construction project.
