The present situation of China’s heating and heating products made brief introduction, through a series of analysis that pipe column bathroom radiator is in line with China’s current "heating, ventilation and air conditioning design standards", and has the advantages of energy-saving, high efficiency, material saving, beautiful, durable, environmental protection and other aspects of the new radiator. Therefore, the research on this kind of radiator is of social and economic benefits.Firstly to single steel tube as the object of study, through qualitative analysis and solving the One-dimensional Steady-state differential equations to determine the this method although simple, but it ignores the walls of steel pipe and the vertical pipe between the radiation heat transfer, the heat dissipating capacity of the radiator has certain influence. The differential equation is established with a pair of steel tubes as the research object. By using the numerical method, the grid graphic method is used to solve the simultaneous equations. Data can be obtained after processing, calculate each type and size of the radiator heat dissipation amount, metal thermal intensity values. With metal thermal intensity as the optimization objectives were compared, and ultimately determine the optimal dimensions of the same structure type radiator.In order to verify the correctness of the theoretical analysis and the revision of the theoretical values, the radiator on the part of the structure type for the experimental test The error between the experimental data and the numerical calculation is analyzed, and it is pointed out that the influence of the material surface radiation coefficient on the error and the error of the numerical calculation is the most. Therefore, to improve the accuracy of the numerical calculation of the heat sink, we must first improve the accuracy of the material surface radiation coefficient.The pipe column bathroom radiator is not only good at its thermal performance and appearance can play to the role of good decorative environment, but its resistance to corrosion of general, so when using the radiator must do a good job in anti-corrosion treatment. Through the copper and aluminum composite radiator, steel radiator, aluminum alloy radiator unit quantity of heat cost(yuan / W) and use fixed number of year of the comprehensive comparison, it is found that the steel pipe column radiator in technology and economy have certain advantages in the conclusion.The results obtained in this paper and the theoretical numerical calculation methods are of some guiding significance to the optimization of heat sink.
