High-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme are the important documents of the high-speed railway transport organization. The high-speed railway train diagram provides the train’s activity in the whole high-speed railway network, while the EMU routing scheme provides the maintenance of train set in high speed railway network and the connection of the train in the station. The planning and optimization of the high-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme have been a key and difficult point in the theory of high-speed railway transportation organization, and there has a close relationship between them. Therefore, it is necessary to study the collaborative planning and optimization of the High-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme.First, I studied the interaction mechanism between the high-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing through the analysis of domestic and foreign high-speed railway train operation diagram and the research theory of EMU routing and the synergetic theory. Second, I divided preparation process of the high-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme into three kinds of situations on the basis of previous studies. According to the analysis of the process of tension I put forward the thought of collaborative optimization of the high-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme. Finally I studied the realization method of the collaborative optimization of the high-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme.Through the above research, the conclusion is as follows. High speed railway traffic organization system is in line with the characteristics of the association. High-speed railway train operation diagram and the EMU routing plan is a subsystem of the high-speed railway traffic organization, and the two has a synergistic effect. The collaborative optimization of the high-speed railway train diagram and the EMU routing scheme can be divided into two kinds of situations, that is, integrated collaborative optimization and hierarchical collaborative optimization. It can be achieved through the preparation of the EMU based on the tight delivery path to achieve a number of savings. The EMU tight routing can be adjusted to the standard EMU routing by adjusting the high-speed railway train operation diagram.
