| In recent years, with the development of coal industry and coal related industries,the number and diameter of the coal storage silo in increase year by year. When large diameter concrete silo with rigid sliding platform construction scheme for the construction, the concrete construction load transfer of the conical shell with rigid sliding platform support system design and decisive role. As a result, it is necessary for large diameter silo concrete construction load transfer law of conical shell was studied. Directly on the concrete construction of the conical shell support scaffold from concrete silo construction load of the conical shell, so the construction of the supporting rods can indirectly reflect the change rule of internal force in concrete silo construction load transfer law of the conical shell.Based on a coal mine 30 meters large diameter silo project as the research background, based on the reference of domestic and foreign research data, using the finite element analysis software SAP2000 establish rigid sliding platform concrete construction of the conical shell support scaffolds and has carried on the analysis and research on the model, this paper simulates the two assumptions, namely each section of the conical shell construction load continuous sinusoidal and independent on conical shell under concrete construction, the change of the internal force of supporting bar, and field tests were carried out for the key bar. Finally combining with the actual test results and simulation results under two different assumptions, summed up the more in line with the actual concrete silo cone shell construction load transfer law of large diameter silo for the future of the conical shell type of concrete construction support scaffolds which provides the basis for the design and construction. |
