As the contury enhance the demond of enviroment requirement for coal enterprisesand people raise the awareness of environmental protection,large diameter coal silo iscoming into ascendance because of large capacity,low cost and small footprint.structureform of the top of silo can be beam and slabstructure,cone,spherical shell structure andtruss structure.For reinforced concrete cone structure,the support platform of the coneconstruction continues to be the focus and difficult points.This paper studied on the support platform of large diameter silo cone constructionand choose Shanxi35m diameter silo project as an example.During the constructionprocess,the stability and reliability of the support platform is the most important toensure construction security and project quality.First, setting up finite element model ofthe whole support platform by the finite element software SAP2000.simulate andanalyze the stress according difficult seperate times and selecting the best scenario.Thenduring the cone concrete construction process,selecting two trusses which perpendicularto each other,monitor the stress of the members.In this way,ensuring the constructionsecurity.Finally,comparing the results of the simulation and the on-site monitoring toanlyze the force condition of the support platform while the cone concrete pouring.Atthe same time,the research results provide the reference value for the design andconstruction of large diameter silo cone construction support platform.
