Design And Construction Monitoring Of Large Diameter Silo Formwork Support System

In recent years,with the rapid development of economic construction,the silo structure is a kind of common industrial and agricultural construction,With good fire resistance,high automation,convenient management and so on.So in mineral,agriculture and other industries have more applications,and there is a greater development prospects.The design and construction monitoring of the whole formwork support system in silo roof construction is of great significance to the safety of the project and the construction schedule,the economy and the management.In this paper,the project of the coal storage silo with the diameter of 30 m,the height of 60.7m and the wall thickness of 400 mm is taken as an example,have studied the overall formwork support of the silo construction.This engineering center of the scaffold is used as the sliding platform support,as well as the sliding platform as the warehouse wall and conical shell construction work platform,platform and scaffolding for the construction of the conical shell support,stability and reliability of the integrated supporting system is the necessary guarantee the project smoothly.In this paper,the finite element software SAP2000,first through the center of silo construction scaffolding,steel truss and rigid platform and scaffolding to establish finite element model of the silo different stages in the process of construction internal force changes of bar supporting system,and then select the reasonable construction scheme.Based on the internal forces on the whole support system for monitoring and finite element analysis and the measured results of effective conclusion,provide a reference for the effective construction,and puts forward the concrete construction of the conical shell in the process of the whole support system to study some suggestions,provide reference for future similar projects.
