| Large metallurgical project construction is closely related to the economic development, countries have maintained attaches great importance to this,the project is a large metallurgical blast furnace of key project construction,with the speeding up of large-scale blast furnace project progress steps,the domestic construction or expansion of the blast furnace on the horizontal number increasing,the construction of the large blast furnace on the longitudinal increasingly complex,the risk in construction stage factors emerge in endlessly,the occurrence of a risk loss increase gradually.In this article,through combing large blast furnace engineering construction stage risk factors and the development of the status quo,risk evaluation method from the Angle of the construction unit,in a certain extent,to a kind of suitable for large blast furnace project construction phase characteristics of risk evaluation methods. First, define the concept and characteristics of large blast furnace engineering construction stage,construction stage large blast furnace are introduced and the risk management of the relevant theoretical basis, to lay the theoretical basis for study of this article;Second, by comparison to determine the risk evaluation methods in our study,and risk factors for large blast furnace engineering construction stage for further analysis and simple instructions,combining with the characteristics of large blast furnace project construction phase and on the principle of index system building,building a class time’s risk evaluation index system,using the intuitionistic fuzzy sets and analytic hierarchy process combined with the comprehensive evaluation method of solving the problem of risk assessment; Finally,through a practical engineering case to validate the feasibility of the model built by risk assessment,and prove that the risk evaluation model in the large blast furnace on the problem of the risk evaluation of engineering construction stage has a certain practical value. |
