With the rapid improvement of urbanization in our country,urban rail transportation project has been inseparable with the country's economic development.Whether the project can be successfully completed as scheduled relations its the maximum economic,social and environmental benefits achievement.Meanwhile,the risk of urban rail transit project construction also much more to getting people's attention.Therefore,it is signification to reinforce the construction of urban rail transportation project risk management.As the large investment,long-term construction period,complex construction environment and constructor of urban rail transportation project,the construction of urban rail transit project risk assessment has become the focus of attention.This paper defined the concept and characteristics of urban rail transit engineering and construction stage on the basis of combing the development status of risk factors and risk evaluation methods in the construction phase of urban rail transit project,and introduces the theory of risk management in the construction stage of urban rail transit engineering,what has laying a theoretical foundation for the study of this paper.Then,by comparing the risk assessment method adopted in this study,the paper deeply analyzes the risk identification of the urban rail transit project construction stage,and simply explains the risk assessment method.Combined with the characteristics of the urban rail transit construction stage and the principle of constructing the index system,construct a hierarchical risk evaluation index system.Next,establish the risk evaluation model of urban rail transit engineering,and evaluate comprehensively by using intuitionistic fuzzy distance and intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process.Finally,according to a real case of urban rail transit project risk assessment model built feasibility verification,combined with the actual situation of the project and risk assessment conclusions,reach the corresponding reference opinion,provides important decision-making reference for the construction manager of the city's rail transit project.In this paper adopted intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to analyze the feasibility of urban rail transit project risk assessment.Because of considering the hesitation degree of parameters,the intuitionistic fuzzy analytic hierarchy process can depict better the various states of fuzzy concept,can be more vividly reflects the assessment the attitude of staff,support,neutral or against,so as to improve the accuracy of the urban rail transit project risk assessment results.Therefore,this paper solved the problems of risk assessment of urban rail transit project construction in fuzzy environment by constructing a scientific risk assessment system,and then established the risk evaluation model of urban rail transit engineering in order to evaluate the risks effectively during construction and provide scientific decision basis for managers.
