Optimization Of The Old Plant Landscape In Industrial Heritage

This paper focuses on the industrial heritage of old industrial landscape optimizing transformation. The protection and transformation has been a hot topic now since the higher attention of industrial heritage both in China and abroad. Especially many good cases about optimizing transformation of industrial heritage have turn up in recent years, which strengths consciousness of industrial heritage protection on the other hand.The western developed countries have formed a relatively perfect system and laws about the protection and optimization of industrial heritage. Compared with the western, our cultural heritage protection and regeneration of landscape architecture research have a short history. Even though the attention continues to improve, there are still many cities developing economy with a heavy price of demolition and construction, and it makes lots of heritage with preservation and research value disappear.This paper bases on the current development status, and describes some opinions of the existing research results about industrial heritage of old industrial landscape optimizing transformation from three aspects. My main point to industrial heritage optimization and transformation:with respect to optimization plan that is to reconstruct the industrial heritage to culture and art center in big cities now, because of the economic development and other limitations, the transformation of small cities should focus on the local historical background, scoop out the deeper cultural value of full regional features well, and come out a way of diversified optimization. The first part (chapter one and two) mainly discusses the current development situation of related industries in the industrial heritage protection and optimization and the theoretical foundations bout the transformation of old factories in industrial heritage, and also makes sure the research direction and range, which takes the optimizing transformation of industrial heritage in small cities and countries as background, and the Zhi Zhong He Winery as the main case doing some research. In the second part(chapter three and four), it mainly describes the method and process of some old factories’ optimization instance projects in industrial heritage, and draws a conclusion of the protecting and optimizing ways and experience in similar cases. In the last part(chapter five and conclusion), it summarizes some ways to this practical case, and according to this case it puts forward some expectations and suggestions to protect and optimize this kind of industrial heritage in similar cities and countries in future.
