POE And Research On Optimizing Strategy Of Industrial Heritage Transformation In Hebei Province

As the implementation of the policy "half astern into three" and the accelerating the process of urbanization,occupation of the valuable of the land resource,especially the town center has become a big problem hindering the development of the city.Transformation of the eligible industrial heritage is an effective approach to bring the industrial area back to vitality.In addition,in the context of the current integration of the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region,minimizing the gap between Hebei province and Beijing,Tianjin,promoting the transformation of industrial heritage and developing coordinately has become a pressing issue.In the scope of current studies on the transformation of industrial heritage,excluding the macroscopic study and introduction of the foreign theories and cases,Most of the research on the transformation of domestic industrial heritage focuses on the direction of economy,planning,marketing and management.Industrial heritage transformation involves mainly qualitative research in the field of construction in contrast to the quantitative research which results in the limitation of putting forward a feasible retrofit scheme.From the perspective of modification of industrial heritage,the research of the system evaluation is still inadequate.Based on the above reasons,this paper adopted POE research to provide a scientific qualitative and quantitative method in order to raise up a feasible suggestion for the subsequent study on the transformation of industrial heritage as a theoretical referenceThis article can be broadly categorized as follows:Firstly,summarize the achievement of the practice and theoretical study of the POE on the transformation of the industrial heritage to establish a suitable model for Hebei province.Secondly,select the most four representative cases of the industrial heritage transformation in Hebei province,using the method of solid state observation and free questionnaire survey method,interview method and large data statistical analysis to collect user’s evaluation data.Utilizing SPSS and Excel software to process the statistical data,such as the users’ satisfaction degree to the designed environment.Thirdly,compare the results of the four different cases of evaluation results,explore the deep reason of the advantage and drawback items in order to give feedback to the ownerand the related design and management department to improve the quality of the built environment and function.Finally,based on the evaluation results,propose strategies on outer space planning,construction and interior design,infrastructure and landscape design,humanistic environment construction aspects of industrial heritage transformation optimization.Hopefully,provide a theoretical reference for the similar study and construction in the future.
