With the increasing environment protecting awareness, the state control for pollutant emission is stricter and stricter. Since 2009, policies for limitation of nitric oxide oxynitride and sulfur dioxide emission are continually introduced, and Desulfuration and Denitration transformation in fossil-fired power plant proceeded in an all-round way.Research contents of this thesis are:General method research for safety appraisal and analysis of existed Boiler Steel Structure. Contrapose a desulfuration and denitration transform project of power station, use three-dimensional finite element model to research appraisal for safety and seismic performance of Boiler Steel Structure.In this thesis, based on the characteristic of boiler steel structure, it proposes the key points of working condition inquiry and inspection for boiler steel structure, proposes a new three-dimensional structure analysis model with pendant boiler, proposes that there is discrepancy of partial coefficient for loads and adjustment coefficient of the bearing capacity between "Specification for design of building steel structures GB/T22395-2008" and series codes for design of building structures, proposes methods for safety appraisal of boiler steel structure referring to "Standard for appraisal of reliability of industrial buildings and structures GB50144-2008",proposes the relevant items which shall be noticed according to "Standard for seismic appraisal of special structures GB50117"Based on the project case, the thesis analyzes the influence of model with different boiler and orientation structure on the calculation result, analyzes the influence of different calculation methods including bottom shearing force method, mode-superposition response spectrum method and time-history method on seismic performance of boiler steel structure, appraises the safety and seismic performance of the transformed boiler steel structure, and proposes the comments for further disposal.By researching and comparison, this thesis suggests that mode-superposition response spectrum method and time-history method shall be used for appraisal of safety and seismic performance of boiler steel structure, and three-dimensional model shall be used for calculation. In the calculation model, guide devices shall be as the actual component and the boiler could be a rigid body.
