Earthquake as a random irresistible natural disasters, is seriously harmful to human, so the seismic performance of the structure must be safeguarded. Our construction of earthquake-proof engineering made it clear that: new, expanded or rebuilt construction projects, must be earthquake-proof, to seismic requirements. In fact, in the construction industry, the relationship between building design and seismic design is very close, both serve the seismic performance of the building.The first floor of Comic and Animation Museum adopt the steel mesh tube steel frame supports(steel plate shear walls) structure, while steel frame supports(steel plate shear wall) + cross-layer truss structure are used in the second floor and above. Complex engineering and some architecture new technologies are used in the project. To understand the seismic performance during the earthquake, we use a variety of software for the cartoon museum to do the nonlinear static analysis and the dynamic elastoplastic analysis, the main conclusions are as follows:1. rare earthquake, the basic structure in elastic state. Key member, ordinary vertical support member and are in elastic condition, only a few stairs between beams and columns BRB member yielding occurs(the hinge), the basic structure is in an elastic state as a whole, to meet performance targets.2. Under strong earthquakes Pushover analysis and dynamic elastoplastic analysis concluded that the structure of the largest inter-story drift are primary X to 1/297, Y primary to 1/183, and X master to 1/216, Y Lord to 1/191, are much smaller than 1/50 of specification limits, far less than the corresponding layer between the performance target displacement angle limit 1/100.3. The structure of energy consumption member set(buckling restrained braces) a first hinge, and some reached the second yield status(full section yield), which indicates that the role of energy in rare earthquake member, is able to play dissipate earthquake the role of energy, reducing the seismic action remaining members, so as to effectively guarantee earthquake safety of the whole structure, to achieve the desired results.Comic and Animation Museum as a building overrun a number of irregularities, taking into account the limitations of the current method of calculation, meeting the requirements of performance of the design, the other aseismic measures still to be taken, for example, improve the seismic capacity of the floor structure, and strengthen the overall structural floor sex; between the steel support column from top to bottom as far as possible through continuous until landing; appears between ordinary plastic hinge pillar to support buckling restrained braces.
