The cooling and domestic hot water is need in houses, offices and public places in summer. In terms of energy use, air conditioning can make refrigeration. The condensation heat is directly discharged into the environment by air conditioning in summer. It would be a waste of energy and also cause thermal pollution of the city. This paper designs a new type of multi-functional air-source heat pump hot water system to solve this problem, the author carries out a detailed design and equipment selection calculation of the main components of the compressor in the system. These devices include a compressor, an indoor heat exchanger, an outdoor heat exchanger, a condenser and a throttle mechanism. The experimental apparatus is built according to the result of calculation and the diagram of the system. There are three kinds of operation mode. They are respectively the refrigeration mode, the mode of heating water and the mode of refrigeration and heating. The operating performance of the unit under the three modes of operation is studied in the paper.The research results show that it can be seen that the COP of the system is reduced when Inlet water temperature increases. The COP of the system is increased when outdoor temperature increases. When the inlet temperature is 45 ℃ and the outdoor ambient temperature is 35℃,the COP is 3. In cooling mode, the COP of the system is increased when indoor temperature increases. When the indoor temperature and outdoor temperature is 35 ℃, the COP is 2.03. In the refrigeration and hot water system mode, the COP of the system is increased along with the increase of indoor temperature. When cooling in the summer we can get the free heat at the same time. Energy saving effect is obvious. When the inlet water temperature is 45℃ and outdoor ambient temperature is 35℃, its comprehensive EER can reach 4.7. The compressor has been repeated use when the system will combine heat pump water heater and air conditioner. The investment is less than the total investment costs of a separate water heater and separate air conditioning. The energy-saving effect is more pronounced. In this paper, the experimental results could be used to provide technical basis for developing a new type of multi-function heat pump air conditioning hot water units. |
