Experimental Research On The New Type Multi-Purpose Heat Pump Air Conditioner

Nowadays, traditional heat pump air conditioners are popular with Chinese people. However, because of expensive expenditure for electricity, they are not often used in one year. So a kind of new multi-purpose heat pump air conditioner is proposed to change the situation. It has 5 independent models, such as Heating-Only model, Cooling-Only model, Water-Heating-Only model, Heating & Water-Heating model, and Cooling& Water-Heating model.A prototype air conditioner has been made and tested seriously. The major components of the system are reasonably figured out. And the experimental equipment is built up to confirm the theoretical analysis and comparison about the process. Through the test, an optimum and consummate process plan is chosen. Operational characteristics, reliability and applicative feasibility of the plan are analyzed with the experiment. The experiment makes sure that the application of the new multi-purpose heat pump air conditioner is practicable. The operation of its system is reliable with long time as long as the running conditions of the equipment are reasonably auto-controlled. The system is of not only refrigerating or heating function, but also domestic hot water supplying function. At the same time, comparing with the original air conditioner, the new air conditioner has more advantages, such as saving energy, high COP and so on. To various errors in the process of the experiment, this article also expounds the analysis of errors and the process of dealing with data in detail. Therefore the plan is suitable for full energy saving, is useful in practice and can be spread in the world.For the condition limited, the experimental contents are not perfect due to less experience and the more experimental hardness. At the same time, the components of this system matching are needed to optimize further. But this paper provides references for designing and manufacturing the new saving-energy air-conditioner products.
