Biomass energy as a kind of resources are abundant, clean and renewable energy,has received the attention of the domestic and overseas researchers.Based on biomass pyrolysis characteristics were studied,for improving the utilization efficiency of biomass,the chars would be further exploit and the different reaction conditions on biomass pyrogalysis chars features of CO2 gasification were researched.This article mainly from the following investigations are made in this thesis:In thermal infrared combination instrument on the biomass pyrolysis experiments,the effects of the variety of biomass,heating rate and the pyrolysis temperature on the influence of pyrolysis characteristics,and carried out the experimental research on the release of the pyrolysis gas phase.The DAEM and F-W-O method were applied to dynamics analysis under the different heating rate,and obtained the kinetic parameters.The results show that great impact on pyrolysis are the types of biomass, heating rate and the pyrolysis temperature.When the heating rate is20℃/min,the pyrolysis fullest and the volatiles are largest.Simultaneously,the largest weight loss is pine sawdust.Each stage of beginning and ending temperature pyrolysis process were moving to the high temperature side.Biomass pyrolysis light gas products mainly CO,CH4,CO2,H2 O and other small molecule gas.The different quantity of different stages of pyrolysis gas evolution is big,and the different precipitation characteristics of pyrolysis products are caused by the restructuring,fracture of the internal functional groups of biomass samples.On the basis of thermal analysis experiment,using the method of FTIR technique and BET on the actions of the focal structure evolution in the process of pyrolysis.Studies have shown that functional groups in a coke mainly hydroxyl(-OH),aliphatic C-H and the oxygen-containing functional groups such as C=C,C=O.Pyrolysis temperature increases,chars carbonation degree deepening,the internal structure of aromatic increased and the number and variety of functional groups gradually reduced.At the same time,the changes in pore structure of the chars in different types of biomass are big.In the corn straw chars and pine sawdust mainly microporous,and the rice husk chars in pore distribution.The coke samples under different pyrolysis final temperature of specific surface area are also quite different.Through the focal CO2 gasification characteristics experiment research,the results shown that the influence of different reaction conditions on the gasification reactivity gasification is bigger.Pyrolysis heating rate and gasification temperature rise,all can improve the total carbocoal CO2 gasification reaction rate.
