The industrial use of biomass pyrolysis oil is widespread. Burning it cangenerate heat directly after refining the oil. Mixed with diesel, gasoline and otherfossil fuels,it can be used in internal combustion engine combustion, etc. This articleexplores the system of biomass pyrolysis oil components under different pyrolytictemperature and the situation of volatile samples under different pyrolytictemperature.Firstly, The pyrolysis experiment of biomass was conducted on self-built fix bedheater. Two capillany columns were used for the collection of mixture of pyrolytic oiland dichloromethane solution, which went through GC-MS analysis.Resultsshowthat the composition of pyrolysis temperature on the oil type almost no effect, but thepyrolysis oil yield increases with the terminal temperature pyrolysis showed a trend of rise before they are lower. Pyrolysis oil water phase of the methylene chloride solution part of the main material for formic acid, acetic acid, and1-hydroxy-2-acetone.The types of oil phase part is very complex, the main material for furfura and furfurylalcohol, and phenols and ketones. Can condense the pyrolysis of organic gas mainlyin secondary cracking occurred between500℃~600℃. Rice husk600℃pyrolysisoil the oil phase of the methylene chloride solution through the two different types ofgas chromatography column GC-MS detection, it found that there is biggishdifference detection results.Part in TG-FTIR experiment, by observing the weightlessness of samples andthe change of absorbance of volatile regularity found out the rule. The results showedthat:from0℃to1000℃, reaction process can be divided into four stages. ThePyrolytic weight loss rate of the sample curve shows bimodal state. The firstweightlessness peak far less than the second. With the increase of the pyrolysistemperature, pyrolysis reaction termination solid residual rate decreases. Thermo-gravimetric curve of three biomass samples show a more similarity, but solid residual at the termination of the reaction rate present a bigger difference. Condensable organicgas is the the largest output in the pine sawdust pyrolysis gas phase product.Different kinds of organic gas differences in output, but the production with thechange of time consistency.
