With the intensification of the contradiction between supply and demand of international resources and the environmental protection becomes more and more high demand, the research of fly ash and crop straw recycle caught the attention of the countries all over the world, and its use in a wide range of research, test and application.Straw ash lightweight plank of technology research and application, not only can reduce the pressure of fly ash and straw for the environment, and can save a lot of wood for our country, reduce the emission of fly ash enterprise environmental cost, increase farmers’ income, provide a new environmentally friendly materials for building materials industry.This article first expounds the concept of light sheet and relevant theory of thermal conductivity and strength theory, introduces the current research status about light plate at home and abroad and related policies, macro describes this topic research content and research significance. Second, this paper introduces the experimental materials and experimental methods, by measuring the compressive strength test cube to study the dosage of various factors on the straw stalk the influence of fly ash lightweight plank. The experimental results show that with the increase of dosage of fly ash, block compressive strength increase after decreases first, and in the fly ash content is 60% maximum intensity. With the increase of water cement ratio, block compressive strength became smaller, and in the water/cement ratio 0.35 strength decreases sharply. With the increasing dosage of water reducing agent, block compressive strength increases gradually, but its dosage should not be too big. Along with the augment of straw, block compressive strength decreases, the compressive performance degradation. But the coefficient of thermal conductivity decreases, heat preservation and heat insulation performance better. When the straw content more than 10% of gelled material than, a sharp drop in intensity. Third, this topic through the experiment data analysis it is concluded that with the increase of light sheet thickness, material coefficient of thermal conductivity value is smaller, the greater the thermal resistance, light, the better the performance of heat preservation and heat insulation board. Fourth, lightweight plank as compared to when the wall thermal insulation system within the external wall thermal insulation heat preservation has more advantages. Tell from the economic efficiency, the coefficient of thermal conductivity of straw ash lightweight plank only 0.15w/(m·k), but the unit cost of thermal resistance only 34.54 yuan, only solid clay brick as one 5 the cost of same heat preservation effect.Straw coal fly ash lightweight plank used as wall materials, not only the quality of light green environmental protection, also has strong heat preservation and heat insulation performance, low price at the same time, large-scale promotion use. From the construction and residential use, this plate is a large number of energy saving, on the whole society to realize the sustainable development target has important practical significance.
