Research On Optimization Design Of Production Line Simulation Project Of A Company

With the rapid development and intense competition of electronics market, the manufacturing companies need to improve production and improve the efficiency of production line. This paper focuses on assembly lines of an electric meter manufacturer. At the workshop, a lot of useful data are collected. After the data analysis, a simulation model and a three-dimensional visual simulation model which is similar to actual production based on ED is established. After running several times, the model generates stable production yields and utility ratio. This model is corresponded with actual production line.The main research contents of the thesis include the following aspects: For the first, get a large number of data in the early stage from the research subject, the production of electric energy meter workshop, in this paper. Second, simulate production and process with Arena simulation software, application production modeling and simulation technology combined with research questions of electronic products production characteristics problems of system optimization. Then, analysis the simulation under actual production conditions. Results production optimization adjustment programs by adjusting the resources. Finally, Arena software application process analyzer and OptQuest module. Complete the screening and comparative analysis of the optimal solution to improve the program.Based on the production line balancing theories, simulation model is researched further. Improved proposals of production line are proposed in adding resources and increasing efficiency. Five new simulation models are established to compare with each other. At last, a viable proposal is provided to the enterprise to improve efficiency of the production line.
