| Polymer cement concrete pavement is increasingly applied for its excellent deformability and toughness,and the addition of the rubber powder can enhance its properties hopefully.In this paper,the polymer rubber lattice cement concrete pavement material with the spatial structure of “aggregate + node + pore” is taken as the research object.Mixed with 40 mesh rubber powder,the polymer cement paste and polymer rubber lattice cement concrete were prepared by external mixing method.Through mix ratio test,laboratory mechanical tests and theoretical analysis,the basic mechanical properties and fracture toughness of polymer rubber cement paste and polymer rubber lattice cement concrete were systematically studied,which revealed the influential rule of the amount of rubber powder on the performance of polymer rubber lattice cement concrete,and recommended the admixture suggestion suitable for practical pavement engineering.The main research content and results are as follows:(1)The test results of the basic mechanical properties of polymer rubber cement paste showed that the bending strength of the polymer to cement paste was significantly improved after adding polymer emulsion.When 5% 40 mesh rubber powder was added,the rubber powder showed the best effect on improving the mechanical properties and toughness of the paste.(2)The test results of the basic mechanical properties of polymer rubber cement paste showed that after adding 40 mesh rubber powder,the effect of 40 mesh powder on the compressive strength of polymer lattice cement concrete suggested the gradual decrease of compressive strength of the mixture with the increase of the amount of rubber powder.For the bending strength of concrete,adding 40 mesh rubber powder increased the bending strength of the mixture,and when the amount was 5%,the bending strength reached the maximum value of 5.26 MPa.(3)The three-point beam bending test was performed to study the fracture toughness of the polymer rubber lattice cement concrete.The results showed that the rubber powder particles could play a role in crack resistance and improve the fracture toughness of the polymer rubber lattice cement concrete.The comparison suggested that adding 5% 40 mesh rubber powder can achieve the optimal crack resistance effect on polymer rubber lattice cement concrete. |
