Regard this system as the theoretical guidance to direct the planning practice of Zhangjiawan leisure farm landscape, realized the dynamic integration of theory and practices. The most important content and the conclusion of research on this paper is the list below.(1)Through the analysis about the concept of the leisure farm and cold region’s characteristic landscape, makes the concept clear and a deeper interpretation of this landscape’s components, had been concluded the features of the landscape, emphasize the function of the landscape.(2)To make the landscape’s theme localization and the landscape’s functional localization clearly.Making that we have a thorough understanding of the landscape’s connotation.(3)The planning principle of landscape is listed below: respect natural settings, integrate the cold region’s culture, adopting a people-oriented approach, create a diverse atmosphere. According to the principle and the application mode of the planning, to lay the foundation of the follow up establishment of the landscape’s planning strategy system. Use multiple theories such as, landscape ecology theory,ReBAM theory agricultural location theory and theory of sustainable development for reference, to make the primary frame of the landscape’s planning theory.(4)Summarize the planning strategy which is suitable for the landscape, for instance: entire distribution, function division, attractions planning, landscape element planning and so on.
