Landscape Design Of Leisure Farm In Hexi Village

With the development of society,as the pillar industry of rural areas,traditional agriculture is getting bogged down.Rural labor outflow,land idle and rural landscape gradually decline.The traditional agriculture badly needed transformation.On the other hand,with the increase of urban residents’ leisure time,nostalgia and longing for rural life gradually awakened.More and more city residents expect to return to the countryside,get spiritual solace in rural life.As a result,leisure agriculture has developed rapidly and leisure farms have sprung up everywhere.As a new industry,but there are lots of problems of leisure agriculture in our country,such as the lack of overall planning,the consumer market is not mature,tourism product homogeneity serious,insufficient infrastructure,etc.In this paper,the author inquires and reads the literature at home and abroad,and has a relatively clear understanding of the definition and development history of the leisure farm.The author has learned the design principles and techniques from several successful cases in China.After the investigation was carried out on the creek village,digging the local culture and place spirit,with rural life and local culture as the theme of rural tourism as a starting point,continuation of the classic old form,instead of the negative space and backward technology,application of new materials and structures,optimization and improvement of public space,to create a new landscape with local mean.This paper want to explore a suitable design strategy for the farm that economy is relatively lag and natural resources is rich.
