| Reginal rail transit has the characteristics of specific functions, long line length and station spacing, high speed and imbalance of passenger volume temporal and spatial distribution. Choosing the full-length & short-run route can improve the transport capacity of short-run route and shorten the waiting time of passengers. However, the waiting time of full-length route passengers is becoming long, for which some passengers have to choose cross-route transfer. It is helpful on improving the travel speed of trains and shorten the travel time of long-route passengers for regional transit to choose express-local train while some of the passengers have to wait for longer time. Regional rail transit chooses both of the methods that the express trains on the full-length route can shorten the travel time of some of the long-route passengers and the trains on the short-run route can shorten the waiting time of passengers of short-run route and improve the using efficiency of trains. So according to the characteristics of regional rail transit, it makes a significant difference to passengers and operating company that studying on the operation plan which combines the express-local train with the full-length & short-run route.The main research and conclusions of the thesis are as follows:(1) Only in the city line passenger uneven distribution of large extent, can improve the level of passenger service, operating companies economic performance guarantees, the case of the line to meet the driving conditions, express-local train combined with multi-routing operation is applicability. By analyzing the determining principle of regional rail transit operating organization method proposed express-local train combined with multi-routing operation operators scheme determination method, including the applicability of the analysis, preparation of regional rail transit express-local train combined with multi-routing operators initial feasible solution initial feasible plan for comprehensive than and finally selected operational programs determine the line of four steps.(2) The stop schedule optimization model for express-local train combined with multi-routing operation organization of regional rail transit was established for system optimum. Factors such as departure frequency, stop stations, continuous overtaking stations of express train, upper limit of train load factor and capacity of switchback stations were considered in the model. The object function was comprehensively minimum the total travel time and operation cost. Genetic algorithm was used for the calculation of the result.(3) Taking a regional rail transit route in L city as the case, the organization of express-local train combined with multi-routing operation organization of regional rail transit was verified. The result shows:the reduction of travel time is 23s per passenger; the reduction of preserved train is 1, the reduction of the total stopping times is 49 times and the reduction of the total system cost 11542 yuan. Data show that the station stop train plan, the size of the cross-road open line programs, speed car line solutions, the use after the speed of the car and more cross-road combined operators operation plan passenger travel time savings significantly, travel efficiency improved significantly, while business operations and reduced costs, the total cost of the City rail system decreased significantly. The sensitivity of the parameters in the stop schedule optimization model was analyzed. Getting a small cross-road segment passenger proportion of the size of the cross-road train proportion, big cross-road speed of the car line ratio, the train loaded with rate caps and small cross-road slow exhumation station location on regional rail transit program. Reasonable values of parameters can make express-local train combined with multi-routing operation of regional rail to better match traffic conditions to give full play to the advantages of both operating modes, and so that maximum benefit rail system. |
