With the development of social economy and high speed growth of urban population, travel demands of urban citizens is increasingly growing, which usually exceeds transport supply.Improving operation efficiency of urban transit is an effective method to alleviate urban traffic problem.Based on analyzing the characters and applicable condition of stop schedule plan problem for urban rail transit, urban rail transit train stop scheme optimization problems were studied, combined with express/local operation characters. All above, the main contents of this dissertation are as follows:This paper expounds the advantages, disadvantages and setting conditions of different forms of train routing.Detailed studied the stop—schedule plan problem.Considering the character and applicable condition differences of skip-stop operation, that makes foundation for below.A bi—level programming model of stop—schedule plan problem was built, considering the interaction between long and short train routing mode and express/local operation.genetic simulated annealing algorithm and b-b algorithm were combined to solve the model. Then the method for choosing the optimal stop sequence was given. Finally,as S City rail transit as a case, the following conclusions are obtained: An express and local line system superior to all-stop needs a reasonable scale of express and local train; The total saving time increases when the number of express train declines; An express and local line system is a move appropriate choice for an unbalance passenger flow distribution; An optimal skip-stop scheme should be with smaller station spacing in the downtown and larger in the suburbs.
