| For the development of science and technology the product updates frequently, which offers the recovery of logistics business more opportunities but also a lot of challenges. It is an effective way to improve the utilization rate of resources and to protect the environment by recycling of waste products and logistics, dismantling them and reusing them properly. However, the uncertainty of demands of logistics recovery business and the complexity of its network structure lead to low recovery efficiency and high operation cost. Meanwhile, the level of information technology of the recycling industry business is low. It is difficult to control the whole operation process. What are mentioned above will undoubtedly hinder the further development of recycling logistics. To informationize the process of operation and to solve the problems of disorder, inefficiency and high cost, we should combine Internet’s great capability of perception, information exchange and data processing with recycling logistics business. What is shown in this paper has certain value and practical significance to researches about logistics recycling based on Internet of things.Based on this background, this paper firstly analyzes the logistics recycling operation process and its network structure. Then, combining it with the characteristics of Internet of things, it puts forward the possibility of optimizing the operation process and management system by taking advantage of Internet of things’technology. It analyzes the actual requirements of informatization construction of logistics recycling management from perspectives of targets, business process and technology of Internet of things. Taking business function requirements as the starting point, the paper designs the framework of logistics recycling information platform. Based on the framework, it takes the actual waste lead-acid battery recycling business into consideration, develops of information platform during actual recovery business application test and proves its good effect. Under the background that recycling outlets to the recycling center during centralized transportation operation by using this platform, this paper puts forward the problem of arrangement of vehicle and path. Through the analysis of characteristics of recycling process, building structural model, designing algorithm, setting scene examples according to the business, it finally proves that the model and algorithm are reasonable and effective through the results. At the end of the paper, further problems about the fusion of networking and logistics recycling which should be solved are proposed. |
