Research Of Planning And Designing On Waterfront Landscape Of Urban New Area

Urban waterfront is the city doors and Windows which show the urban style and feature, it is the important components of city’s production, construction and development. Under the background of urbanization in our country, because of the expansion of urban population, economic and other factors, urban new area comes from central city spread outward, waterfront landscape of urban new area is an important area in planning and construction of urban district, it can shows the new style and features, it also can drives the new district development. This study is to strive to explore waterfront landscape design concept and technique in the urban new area of modern city, using the current landscape technological frontier theories and ideas to promote the understanding of the urban new area waterfront space in our country. Taking lakeside design in Dragon Lake of urban new area of Zhengdong as an example, study to the new life mode adapting to the citizens in the city, reflecting a comprehensive, integrity, ecological and innovative urban waterfront open space.In this paper, the author used literature search, case analysis and the design practice of urban new area waterfront landscape, to give the summary and the analysis to research background, to define the concept of the urban new area, to have a research of the urban new area waterfront landscape design elements and the space. At the same time, the author was summarized and concluded accessing to relevant information about the current domestic and foreign research results of urban waterfront landscape, extracted planning and design of waterfront space knowledge appropriating urban district of our country. In the aspect of theory, the author through wetland protection of the city, environmental behavior and open community theory, combined with the design practice, to master and apply. In case study, through a total of five cases such as the retrofit design of the Baltimore inner harbor abroad, retrofit design of the port of Rotterdam, Yokohama, Japan, the planning and design of waterfront in the 21st century, the new town of Riem construction as well as the domestic Shanghai Jujiazui waterfront avenue design, played a supporting role for the whole theory research.Study shows that the design in waterfront landscape of urban new area with the development of the city is complement each other, building a comprehensive, multi-functional, innovative, ecological, open waterfront landscape of urban new area is to conform the needs of the new district’s development, the state and citizen. Finally, the author taking lakeside design in Dragon Lake of urban new area of Zhengdong, used the actual operation of the theory gave an application of research results, to find the practical significance of planning and designing on waterfront landscape of urban new area.
