Research On Green Land Design In Urban Commercial Open Spaces Based On Landscape Urbanism

In the context of landscape urbanism, landscape and buildings should not be regarded as opposite sides. Due to the unique regional character of urban commercial open space, compared with other types of open spaces, the relationship between urban commercial open space and buildings appears closer. How to appropriately deal with the relationship between urban commercial open spaces and surrounding business buildings and even cities is worth our deep thinking.Urban commercial open spaces are not only a subsystem in the urban open space system, but also an important composition in the urban business spaces, whose regional character determines the close link between landscape and buildings. In the idea of traditional urbanism, buildings are usually considered as the leading factor of planning design while landscape is only in a subordinate position. On the contrary, landscape urbanism holds different points of view.The thesis first of all illustrates the definition and attribute of urban commercial open spaces, and then analyzes as well as concludes the connotation and core idea of landscape urbanism. Landscape being regarded by landscape urbanism as the media to lead the regional plan, the urban commercial open spaces are no longer considered as blank areas being interspersed between buildings, but are tentatively deemed as a leading factor to organize commercial spaces. And then the thesis discusses the relationship between urban commercial open spaces and urban open space system and researches the planning deign methods of urban commercial open spaces. Taking landscape design of the Initiating Zone of Shougang Group China Network Valley as an example, the theisis conducts an in-depth analysis on the planning design methods.
