In recent years, with its non-polluting, easy operation, low noise, etc., electric forklift has been widely used in situations requiring high environmental such as workshops, warehouses, food, pharmaceutical, microelectronics and instrumentation. Electric forklift include electric counterbalanced forklifts, electric ride-style warehouse forklifts, electric forklifts, etc. The rapid development of the logistics industry promote electric forklift sales, and the market share increased year by year. However, due to their size and weight restrictions, limited battery capacity and other shortcomings, leading them don’t suited to high-power situation, and the lack of a common problem electric forklift single-class life, which seriously affected the popularity and electric forklifts development. Hence the urgent need for energy-saving electric forklift research, reduce power consumption, increase the single-class life without increasing the capacity of the battery case. The primary contents in this thesis are as follows:1. Focus on four fulcrum counterbalanced 2.5t electric forklift CPD25FT, calculated the loss of the hydraulic system piping, completed a multi-valve hydraulic pressure loss testing of each location to identify the main factors influencing the efficiency of the hydraulic system; design the electric forklift energy distribution test system, the completion of the selection of the test system components, combined with the machinery industry standard JB/ T 3300-2010 counterbalanced forklift machine test methods are energy distribution test, test data obtained by analysis of experimental data relevant characteristics of the electric forklifts, and draw the running gear and lifting mechanism according to occupy most of the energy consumption data.2. According to the distribution of energy consumption test data, combined with the existing energy-saving technologies, proposed lifting mechanism based on the potential energy of the battery recycling system, and the recovery system critical components be sized to provide the appropriate parameters for the vehicle modeling and simulation stand by.3. Use AMESim software for a lifting mechanism proposed potential energy recovery system of the truck modeling and simulation, the simulation curve to verify the correctness of the simulation, and the simulation of the potential recovery program 1t and 2t conditions of the energy-saving effect, the simulation results obtained the It and 2t conditions, energy-saving system can enhance the life of the vehicle 23.8% and 23.3%.,providing an effective reference for future test, has good practical value.
