In recent years, with the development of science and technology and social progress, people’s living standard has been improved at the same time, the environmental issues and energy issues are also increasingly prominent. As the building industry has an important impact on the environment and energy, but also continue to study and explore the related aspects: how to reduce people’s living standards and energy saving comfort conditions. Building energy conservation as a response to climate and energy challenges are an important way, there are a lot of the content and direction, and the German passive house is in the field of building energy conservation is a leading mature practices and its technology has become in many European countries to achieve energy-saving emission reduction targets. China currently for the construction of energy-efficient pay more and more attention, but the energy-saving mostly technology stack, certification is not perfect. Therefore, this paper in residential areas to the German passive house were analyzed and studied in detail, mainly from the following several aspects.First from the German passive housing energy efficiency standards and certification of analysis of the development of building energy saving standards in Germany and the passive house standard, and the current passive house standards and related certification were detailed introduction and analysis, I hope it can provide reference for relevant research of China’s energy-saving. By the passive house standard extended in order to meet the relevant standards and in passive houses in the construction practice, through literature search and field survey to organize inductive passive residential construction practices and regard it as a complete system in-depth study analysis of their internal relations, summed up the passive house construction practices of the five points-- retaining structure has good heat preservation performance, good air tightness, no thermal bridge structure, unique ventilation system and the use of primary renewable energy. Through the systematic analysis and research of the passive house construction practices of anti launch passive houses in the design stage to plan to consider several aspects, and through the search data analysis of some energy saving technology in the possibility for the passive house, but also indirectly confirms the passive housing system is a complete system, and not technology stack. Finally through analysis of actual case to verify the according to a summary of the author’s passive house design method, and the related technologies and into system construction practices in the construction of housing can achieve passive residential comfort requirements and standards for energy efficiency.Through the analysis and research to the German passive housing, from the standard development, formulation, correlation analysis and specific construction practices to the design level, forming a system of the admission of complete construction of energy-efficient, and through examples. Hope that the development of China’s energy-saving residential development has a certain reference and reference significance.
