At present, building energy consumption accounts for the proportion of total social energy consumption has reached 30%,and building energy conservation work can effectively ease the energy and environmental problems in China. In building energy saving work, architectural ontology plays a key role in the design of the building. The passive architecture emphasizes the architectural design based on the climate characteristics and the geological environment characteristics of the local area. Its basic requirements for energy use remain within the scope of the building itself and the natural environment,do not rely on mechanical energy. It is a kind of high technology content in architectural design, but it is a low cost design method in Engineering Science and technology level.Foreign countries have made great efforts to study the passive building and vigorously promote the construction of the passive house,in particular, Germany is particularly concerned about the construction of passive city. But the country, especially in Qingdao, is a city with a very low self-sufficiency rate, the research on the passive house is far from enough. In view of this situation, this paper takes the Qingdao Chinese and German Eco Park as the object of a passive building.Through the simulation of the dynamic energy consumption of the building, the energy efficiency standards of the building envelope is obtained. This article focuses on the study of indoor humidity control program, using the temperature and humidity independent control method to control the indoor humidity. Finally, with a passive building in Qingdao Sino-German eco-park project as the research object,by using the above method, the optimal energy saving scheme of building envelope and air conditioning system is obtained.
