Study On The Passive Retaining Structure Thermal Standard Matched ‘Post And Lintel’ Rural House Construction Method

Rural house construction is an important mission of the socialist new rural construction in our country.Nowadays,the urbanization construction has entered a stage of rapid development.With the rapid development of urban an rural economy,the number of new and renovated farmhouse is growing rapidly.According to this reason,advocating the energy saving new rural construction can not only improve the functional quality of houses,but also promote the economic development of the rural area.The Passive House is a low carbon and energy saving building system,which has a novel concept,scientific principle and strong systemic concept.Compared to the traditional architecture,the Passive House holding a larger advantage in operating costs,comfortable level,environmental protection,lighting,power cost,sound insulation effect and building life.It is a feasible way to make it the development concept and approach of the rural construction in our country.Based on the traditional Chinese “post and lintel” wood structure and the research of modern wood structure,this paper used the “post and lintel”glued laminated timber structure to the modern rural house.It is also providing methods of passive transformation,using the heat preservation materials like XPS and plant straw.This paper shows the passive transformation methods of wall,roof and ground,to make them satisfy the thermal performance standards of retaining structure.The architecture design of typical rural house plan is based on the exsiting construction and structure system of passive rural house.According to this model,this paper analyse four parameter inputted plan,through a building energy simulation software-De ST.The results of Nature Temperature Simulation and Building Energy Cost Simulation show that,the energy saving rate of passive rural house is above 60% and has a obvious promotion on nature temperature.But the thermal insulation structure system using straw has an unobvious effect than the system using XPS and straw board.Hope that through the instructions of words,pictures and data to make the modern wood structure Passive House walking in the research and construction of rural house in our country.It can make more people knowing the advantage and meaning of Passive House and joining the depth research of it,and popularized this kind of rural house in the construction of new rural in our country.
