Soft Switch Control Research Based On Full Bridge Inverter Of Induction Heating

This article is studied at soft switch inverter induction heating power source,introduced the technology of the basic meaning and the background of the present research situation, compared two kinds of inverter that can achieve resonance output,voltage series resonant inverter circuit is selected as the basic structure of the inverter circuit finally. Then introduced the principle and the way of working of soft switch control circuit. PIC chip is used as core to implement the digital control of inverter circuit, introduced peripheral circuit and the programming of chip.Design soft switch of inverter circuit to control the process of inverter is the main goal of this subject,than made a brief analysis of the soft switch working state of the series resonant inverter circuit,select main component model needed for the work in the circuit, and made a detailed explanation of the programming control 、AD conversion 、configuration circuit structures. Achieve the goal of soft switch control inverter circuit、protect inverter circuit by tracking the output signal of the inverter circuit.Finally using PIC32MX575 series chip as the main control chip,25N120 type IGBT as the power tube,verified the idea under working frequency1 k Hz 、output power 140w、the efficiency of 85%.The control circuit of PCB figure is included in the end of the article, part of the waveform of the processing of experimental testing, completed the purpose of soft switch inverter circuit.
