As a kind of non-contact heating method,induction heating has the advantages of clean,energy saving and high work efficiency.With induction welding,induction hardening,induction melting,induction heating curing,etc.,wide application possibilities and huge market demand have been Become a major heating technology that cannot be ignored.Research on high frequency and high power has become a major hot spot.Traditional hardware topologies have many problems and are difficult to meet.In this paper,a MOSFET-based induction heating power supply is used as a research object.A 100kW/20 KHz series resonant induction heating power supply is designed by using MMC cascade topology.First of all,this paper introduces the development process of induction heating power supply,analyzes the principle of induction heating and the main factors affecting induction heating.Device.Next,compare and analyze different power control schemes.By comparing several power control methods,it is concluded that the power regulation on the rectifier side is beneficial to improve the frequency and power of the power supply.High frequency induction heaters and uncontrolled rectification and chopping power adjustment are selected as the regulation mode.Secondly,compare and analyze the topology and control methods of multi-level inverters,select the half-bridge MMC sub-module topology with fewer power devices,and use sub-modules in series and parallel to achieve voltage division,frequency division and The effect of the split.And use a lower loss MOSFET instead of a common IGBT device to achieve high frequency and high power.Analyze the control mode of the MMC inverter circuit,and deeply study the MOSFET switching characteristics and control circuit design requirements.Finally,on the basis of analysis and research,the DC side circuit is selected to complete the power setting.The digital phase-locked loop is designed for frequency tracking and control phase locking to ensure that the load works in the quasi-resonant state.The simulation results are analyzed,and the effects of voltage division,frequency division and shunt are realized by the inverter topology of the serial and parallel half-bridge MMC sub-modules.At the same time,the hardware circuit is designed,100kW/20 kHz high-power high-frequency induction heating The inverter design is feasible and effective.
