To ensure the safe operation of the vehicle,the anti-skid control device is used to improve the adhesion utilization of braking, shorten the distance of braking, and adjust the braking cylinder pressure in real time to ensure that the braking force always follow the changes of the rail-wheel adhesion.Compared with the mechanical anti slip device, electronic anti slip device has the characteristics of high sensitivity, rapid control and high efficiency.This paper summarized the history of the development of domestic and international anti-skid device,, some common control methods of anti-skid brake and the development trend of non slip control theory. In a view of the data of rapid speed railway wagon, the paper used fuzzy control scheme to design a two-dimensional fuzzy controller and establish brake slip simulation model of fast railway wagon in MATLAB/Simulink.Both membership function of fuzzy variables and fuzzy control rules are designed in this paper. According to simulation results,the design of the two dimensional fuzzy controller basically achieve the control objectives.The simulation results show that the method of fuzzy control in the design of electronic anti-skid device is feasible. Because the calculation of slip rate needs actual real-time speed, it is very difficult to get real-time vehicle speed in reality. Aiming at the issue of estimating real-time speed, the paper proposed a solution of real-time speed measurement based on wireless transmission and verify the feasibility. According to the requirements of anti slip control system, STM32 was used to the main controller of anti-skid device. The whole schem of hardware and software of anti-skid control system is designed.In the final, the performance of the proposed electronic anti-skid device is verified in the platform of Simulink and circuit board. The results of research show that the algorithm of fuzzy control is reasonable and feasible, which reach the basic requirements of fast railway wagon’s brake.
