Aiming to solve the problem on the lack of theory system and widely-adopted standards in agriculture park planning, the paper exposes a new way to accomplish the normalization of planning, the development of country and the harmonious coexistence of human and nature, according to the concept of sustainable development. In this paper, I present the history, status quo and development of the agriculture park planning, and research for the culture essence with practice significance in Feng-shui theory. Meanwhile, I introduce a new method to direct the agriculture park planning on the base of site selecting theory in DiLiWuJue by studying agriculture park planning.Putting the Great Balance Theory- "harmony" among the“man is an integral part of nature” in Feng-shui theory into the agriculture park planning practice, this passage pioneers a new path with the right combination of Chinese traditional culture and modem scientific technology in the field of agriculture park planning. The results of the study are as follows:First, the mean of Feng-shui theory on modern civilization construction has been explored. By summerizeing the concepts of Feng-shui theory in the modern civilization construction field, a conclusion has been presented that Feng-shui theory is a system about nature operation, climate evolution and man-nature harmonization basing on agricultural civilization and the natural philosophy. The concepts include both plain experience in site selecting and the concept of sustainable development. Then, the paper analyzes the corresponding relation between DiLiWuJue and agricultural park planning elements. Based on the research of relevant theories, this article uses the geographical information technology and platform to analyze the geomorphic feature, social economic factor and spatial relationship in the planned area. In the crossover study on both Feng-shui theory and park planning, there are five elements of “long, sha, shui, xue and axing” which correspond to policy analysis, geo-location, field investigation and analysis, space layout planning and industry planning elements in agriculture park planning. The innovative concept called "Planning five classes " is put forward which is relying on the Feng-shui theory, taking the “long” as policy tendency, the “sha” as natural resources analysis, the “shui” as factor allocation, the “xue” as spatial layout and the “xiang” as industry planning in the practice of the agricultural park planning. Finally, the paper verifies the “Planning five classes” with DiLiWuJue theory. Using the planning of agricultural park at DanJiang as an example, with the guidance of DiLiWuJue, combining simulations of the multidimensional spatial agricultural planning platform, the paper fully analyze application practice of the foundation, decision and background in planning, natural resources exploration, social resource distribution, space layout planning and industrial route set under Feng-shui theory. It have accomplished the goals that principle with policy requirement, rational allocation of resources, complete planning of functions and clear direction of industry. In conclusion, the “Planning five classes” of agricultural park based on DiLiWuJue in Feng-shui theory have been given a scientific connotation in planning theory, as well as practicability in planning method due to the application of big data and multi information.
