Along with the nation’s concentration of railway construction, the track maintenance machinery plays an indispensable role in the advanced standard for railway maintenance work required by the rapid development of high-speed railway and heavy haul railway. As the main supplier of railway maintenance equipment, the TJGXZB Company’s products are widely used around the railway line. In order to optimize the allocation of information, facilities and human resources for lower the manage cost and being more competitive, company vigorously carries forward the information development for equipment manufactory and costumer service, and build up the associated service system with computer networking technology.Some problems such as missed service record, untimely process response, bald service content, inefficient system monitoring, absent remote technical platform, etc. exist in the development of Information construction for enterprise after-sale service. This system prompts corresponding solutions and implementation for those problems occurring in the customer service process. This paper mainly focuses as follows.(1) The paper introduces the TJGXZB Company’s background and current statue of after-sales service management. Based on the existing problems and demand analysis, we figure out the objectives and propose the overall design scheme.(2) In the light of the requirement of monitoring, using WebGIS and GPS, building the railway line and the railway station basic database, developing Amap API, we build a B/S architecture visual monitoring platform, which monitors the location and operation state of the equipment.(3) In order to expand the after-sales service staff and customer operation platform, we develop the Android-based client program. We also use the third-party multimedia frameworks, so as to realize the video communication between after sales service staff and customer. The sales service staff can provide customers with technical guidance, realizing long distance collaborated service.(4) For the requirements of collect image information of malfunction in the after-sale service process, we realize image digital watermark embedding and extracting on the Android platform using DCT and QR technology. Due to the invisibility of the digital image watermark, it can guarantee veracity and uniqueness of the image.(5)According to the requirement of data exchange between client and server, we build RESTful Web Service, to ensure the stability and accuracy of transmission.
