The development of the Yangtze river digital waterway is the key point of the development of the inland waterway system in our country,it played a decisive position and role in the development of China's river trade.Through the construction of Yangtze river waterway from Lanjiatuo to Bianyuxi period of digital waterway in Chongqing waterway.Waterway management can control the operation status of AIDS navigation in the area through the digital waterway platform,and view the whole area of gage water level changes,besides,they can scientific dispatch of ships according to the water level fluctuations,reasonable arrange waterway maintenance tasks,greatly improved the management level of channel maintenanceWith the rapid development of information technology,how to use modern information technology to improve the quality of digital waterway management,promoting the type of channel management services to active service-oriented change,further playing the effectiveness of digital waterway,has become a primary channel management development goals.In view of the existing deficiency in the system,this dissertation is based on the existing platform data,Comprehensive using databases,web services,network communications and location services and other technologies to integrate and tap the channel data resources,to establish operation and maintenance service system,Actively providing related services based on its own authority to waterway management and maintenance people,achieving the waterway service's “internet +”.The main contents of this dissertation are as follows.(1)This dissertation analyzed the present situation of digital channel of Chongqing Waterway Bureau,combined with its business requirements and the network architecture of system function and system framework for the detailed design.(2)This dissertation aimed at problems such as data transmission,Work boat sailing operations and electronic channel map service in digital channel operational service system,including improve the efficiency of data transmission based on the improved JSON format and GZIP compression algorithms to solve problem of large amounts of data transmission between client and server.Dynamic Analysis of Working Boat Based on AIS To solve the existing system can't master work ship sailing job status.Electronic map service design based on ArcGIS.(3)This dissertation build a Web service server based on the.NET platform,according to the design of the functional modules to complete the design and implementation of Android-based mobile terminals,including the basic information management module,information display module,information push module and information sharing module.The whole system was taking the operation efficiency of waterway management and maintenance as the starting point,to design and develop digital waterway operation and maintenance service system,it has showed that the system can improve the efficiency of waterway maintenance managers,and improved the management quality of numerical waterway,the system has a promoting role to the development of digital waterway.
